Please note, my work is relationally focused; for new client requests, I am currently only accepting adult families, couples, and individuals working on family and intimate relationship concerns.

Note regarding location
I am licensed in Virginia and Washington, DC: I can only accept clients that are in Virginia or DC at the time of service (either in person or virtual).

Initial phone consultation (15-25 minutes): Free Individuals: $170 per 53 minute session Couples: $195 per 53 minute session Adult families: $195 per 53 minute session
**For clients where finances are a concern, at times, at times I have reduced fee slots available, please inquire for information.
Insurance & Out of Network Benefits
Currently, I am not in network with any insurance carrier. I will provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits. Reimbursement rates vary, but average between 50-80% of the session fee. You can find a brief guide to understanding and using out of network benefits here.
Finally, if you elect to use your out of network benefits, you may want to explore services that can simplify the process, such as Reimbursify. Please note that I have no relationship with this service and cannot guarantee their results.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for an appointment cancellation. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, it is subject to a $100 fee. Missed sessions (no-shows) are subject to the full session fee—$150/$175.
